DGS - Business Analyst 4

The Virginia Dept. of General Services (DGS), Division of Engineering and Building (DEB), is looking for a Business Analyst with process improvement experience to assist with its Building Information Tracking System(BITS) Modernization efforts.

This position is primarily responsible for business analysis, process improvement, and requirements documentation of DEB business processes that will inform the design and development of systems for BITS Modernization efforts. The selected candidate in this position will work closely with stakeholders, DEB Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), DEB Agency customers(“Agencies”), and DGS, Information Systems and Services (ISS), development teams.
